Full Stack Engineer
General Information
At Inspect, our software processes on- and off-chain data to generate social insights that help users to navigate Web3 and make better decisions. The task of our full-stack engineers is own the end-to-end implementation of new products and features: from frontend development of Next.js components and experiences to highly-scaled backend services which power these experiences.
Full-stack engineers will work alongside an experienced team of crypto-enthusiast engineers and leaders from companies like Meta and Amazon to build solutions that solve real problems our users are facing, allow us to iterate quickly and test new ideas rapidly, and scale to the immense amount of data and usage we're experiencing.

Location: Remote
Timezone: Within 3 hours of PST.
Responsibilities
Improve existing products and features and launch new features through end-to-end development ...
Creating and iterating Next.js and Tailwind components and pages
Building Redis-backed RPCs and functions
Creating appropriate monitoring and alerts
Improve the maintainability of new and existing solutions to limit operational overhead
Write readable, tested code that is as simple as possible to accomplish the job (but no simpler)
Inform product development based on unique insights from building our products about what's working and what is possible
Help team members by providing quality feedback, reviewing code and designs, and working together to deliver solutions
Requirements
Minimum:
Fluent in English
3+ years of professional fullstack engineering experience, or demonstrated similar skill level
The following will help you stand out:
Experience operating as a team lead for a project with more than 3 engineers
Significant experience using React, Next.js, Node, Typescript, and their ecosystems
Significant experience with AWS services and Redis
Knowledge of UI/UX Design across form factors
Experience working with UX/Visual designers
Experience with 0 to 1 product development
A working knowledge of NFTs, DeFi, and Web3
