Product Designer
General Information
At Inspect, we making Web3 legible by generating social insights that help users to navigate and make better decisions. The task of our product designers is to understand our users and their problems deeply to craft a product that is seamless and simple but packed with functionality to solve real problems.
Product designers will work alongside an experienced team of crypto-enthusiasts to design and rapidly deliver to market solutions to the problems our users are facing. Our designers wear many hats, from user researcher and product manager to UX and visual designer wherever their strengths are best utilized.
Position: Full-time
Location: Remote
Timezone: Within 3 hours of PST.
Responsibilities
Design new products and features that delight users, solve real problems, and push the product forward
Help steer the broader product team with a particular focus on user value, quality, and long-term vision
Turn big ideas into something useful and valuable for our tens of thousands of users
Connect with users to understand their pain points, incorporate solutions into our product, and help evolve the team's product thinking
Provide design-focused support through implementation and delivery to users in production
Requirements
Minimum:
Fluent in English
3+ years of work experience and professional knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related tools
1+ years of UX research, testing experience and survey design, you have proven knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and tools, with experience implementing them
Experience with web and mobile application design
Experience working closely with engineering teams
A portfolio of work samples focused on application development and UX Research
The following will help you stand out:
Understanding of the broad-strokes technical feasibility
Knowledge of UI / UX Design across form factors
Experience with 0 to 1 product development
A working knowledge of NFTs, DeFi, and Web3
